Processing Time
Each of our items is crafted by hand with precision and care. Please allow 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Custom or special order items may require additional time, and we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs.
Delivery Estimates:
Domestic (Canada):
- Standard Shipping: 5-12 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-6 business days
International (USA):
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Express Shipping: 4-8 business days
Rest of the World:
- Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
- Express Shipping: 6-12 business days
