At Atelier Petit Loup, every item is handcrafted with care, ensuring each piece is truly unique. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final.

This policy applies to one-of-a-kind, custom, and special order items, which cannot be refunded or returned.

 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
In such cases, we kindly ask that a claim be filed directly with the postal service, as all packages are insured.
Please retain all packaging and follow the postal service's guidelines for claims. We will gladly assist you in this process to ensure a swift resolution.
